This year, we are proud to recognize our friend and board member, Tim Piemonte, as the recipient of the Michael Schwartz Community Impact Award.

Tim is the CEO and Co-Founder of Empire Intelligence Group in New York City, where he leads with a focus on empowering organizations through innovative, high-impact technology solutions. His leadership is defined not only by business success, but by a deep commitment to helping others grow and succeed.

Beyond his professional work, Tim has long been a true champion for young people. For many years, he led a mentorship program in New York City, dedicating his time to guiding high school students, building their confidence, and helping them see a path toward success. He has a natural ability to connect, inspire, and lead by example.

Since joining our board, Tim has brought that same energy and commitment to the Dr. Richard Barnett Foundation—being proactive, engaged, and fully invested in helping us expand our impact. His leadership is already helping to open doors and create meaningful opportunities for the youth we serve.
